TVC will perform the construction and erection of the Project in basic accordance with the procedure previously shown and the Schedule, in order to achieve the Mechanical Completion of the Project.
The Mechanical Completion of the Project will be achieved when the work has been completed mechanically and structurally, put in clean and tidy condition and when the activities specified in a greed check list have been carried out.
When the Project is regarded to have achieved the Mechanical Completion, TVC will submit to Client the written notice. The Client shall approve the notice of the Mechanical Completion and issue the Mechanical Completion.
Upon the issuance of the Mechanical Completion Certificate or of no comment to the notice submitted by TVC within a defined period, TVC will start the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning work.
TVC will start the pre-commissioning work for the Project immediately after the issuance of the Mechanical Completion Certificate , or other conditions as defined above.
There is a check list of activities of the Pre-commissioning stage to be completed.
Upon the completion of the work as listed above, TVC will submit the notice to the Client as the ready for Commissioning. Immediately after checking the notice, the Client shall issue the certificate for the completion of the Pre-commissioning and the Ready for Commissioning.
At the issuance of the certificate, the Client shall feed the products to the Plant and will start the preparation work for the Ready for Start-up. In this stage, TVC’s operating team will adjust the equipment and instruments in the Plant.
At the completion of this adjustment, the Contractor will submit to the Client the notice of “Ready for Start-up”.
